Overview

Public computers

Library computers with internet access are available for use during library opening hours.

Library members can enjoy the first hour of computer use for free, provided you have your library card and PIN. Additional time is available at visitor rates.

To ensure availability, contact us to make a booking.

Computer usage - per 15 minutes $1.80 The first hour of computer use is FREE. You must have your library card with you and have a PIN. Extra time is available at visitor rates.

Free Wi-Fi

FREE Wi-Fi internet access is available at the Swan Hill, Robinvale, Barham and Moulamein libraries.  There are no time limits during library opening hours.

Please see library staff to get a Wi-Fi login code.

Printing

Princh Logo No printer? No worries! 
Send your printing job from your computer at home or mobile device to the Swan Hill Library or Robinvale Library printers via Princh.

Computer at home: Print via website

  1. Open your web browser
  2. Go to https://print.princh.com
  3. Enter the code for the library that you wish to release the printing job at:

  4. Click on the ‘...upload a file’ bar and select your documents, or drag them to the area
  5. Select the colour of your print out (colour or black & white)
  6. Select the number of copies you would like
  7. Select the cogwheel (settings) icon for additional options such as page size. You can also preview the print out before clicking 'Accept'.
  8. Make note of the printing total price
    • card payments can only be accepted for printing over $4.00
    • coins and notes can be used at the printers
  9. Tick the 'Accept Terms and Conditions' box
  10. Click the 'Continue' button
  11. Enter your email address and click OK
  12. Click 'Done' and go to the printer to release your documents

Mobile device: Print via app

  1. Download the Princh App

  2. Make sure your file / document is saved where you can access it - either on the device internal memory, the Files, Drive or other accessible cloud storage app
  3. Open the document and click on the 'Share icon' - depending on the device this is either within the three dot or line menu, or is the square with arrow icon
  4. Click on the the Princh app icon 
  5. Once open, scan the printer QR code or type the ID number

  6. Click 'Select this Printer'  
  7. Select the colour of your print out (colour or black & white)
  8. Select the number of copies you would like

Photocopying facilities are available at the Swan Hill and Robinvale Libraries.

Scanning

Scanning facilities are available at the Swan Hill Library and are free to all library members.

There are two scanning options available:

  • Flatbed scanner on public computer
  • Photocopier scanning to USB
