Swan Hill and Robinvale Libraries offer versatile meeting rooms, perfect for group meetings, teleconferences, training sessions, seminars, workshops, information sessions, or private study.

These spaces provide a quiet, professional environment, suitable for community and commercial use.

Bookings are essential and available during library opening hours.

Swan Hill meeting room facilities

  • An urn, fridge and cups are available in the meeting room, however you need to bring your own tea/coffee supplies
  • Whiteboard

  • Table and chairs seating approximately 20

The remote control, keyboard and mouse are available from library staff at the front desk.

Robinvale meeting room facilities

  • You need to bring your own tea/coffee supplies or hot drinks can be purchased from the school’s canteen, which is beside the library, between 9am to 2pm during school terms
