Overdue, lost and damaged items

Library books
  • We do not charge or collect overdue fines.
  • If items are overdue for more than 45 days, members will be invoiced for the item replacement costs and borrowing privileges suspended.
  • If items are returned, charges will be automatically removed and borrowing privileges restored.
  • Replacement costs apply for damaged items.

Lost or damaged library card

Report a lost card immediately to prevent unauthorised use, as you are responsible for all items borrowed on your card.

To get a replacement, visit any branch with identification showing your name and current address.
