How to Disappear written by Ann Redisch Stampler was an alright novel to read, I was instantly drawn into it although I lost a bit of interest as it went on, it just seemed a bit repetitive. The book is about a girl, Nicolette Holland, and a boy, Jack Manx, between the two of them they know things they shouldn’t, causing their lives to cross. Jacks deadbeat brother has dragged Jack into the ‘family’ business and has told him that Nicolette has committed a crime and that he needs to take her out and fix the situation otherwise his mum will be harmed. Meanwhile, Nicolette witnessed something terrible and she knows she wasn’t supposed to bear witness to it, so she did the only thing she knew how to do… she ran. This book was quite a good book and I would recommend it.
